Content Strategist Associate

Full-time · Jhandewalan, New Delhi · 1–3 years of relevant experience

Develop content ideas and calendars for Instagram and LinkedIn. Write captions, scripts and creative briefs, research BookTok and Bookstagram trends, collaborate with designers and video creators, and use performance insights to improve content.

We’re looking for strong writing, storytelling and research skills, familiarity with social media formats and tools such as Canva or CapCut, and an interest in books and poetry.

Customer Service Team Lead

Full-time · On-site, Jhandewalan, New Delhi
Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
3–5 years in customer support, including at least 1 year in team leadership.

Lead daily support operations, guide the team, resolve escalations and help authors receive timely, meaningful assistance. Bring clear communication, sound judgement and the ability to balance empathy with accountability.

Experience with Freshdesk or similar ticketing tools, email support, SLA monitoring, quality checks, CSAT reporting, training and workflow improvements is helpful.
